OKay..i have two questions dealing with cameras.

The first is...If you have a digital camera, how do you upload the pictures? You see.....My dad usually uploads the pictures for me, but I hate always asking him to do it for me..so I was wondering how to do it myself...

um..the second question is..

Your cellphone camera....how do you upload pictures from your cellphone camera?!?! I CANNOT GO ON THE INTERNET ON MY CELLPHONE (so don't tell me anything dealing with internet...like..e-mail it to myself, upload it at photobucket.com or w/e)... I know you have to get some kind of chord..but how do you know which one to get?!?! and where to get it?!?!

OKAY! THANKS! _smile.gif

There should be a cord that you plug in to the computer and to your camera. The thing should pop up and show you all the pictures and upload them. click upload. there your done.

I think she meant your camera.

Anyway you should have USB cord that comes with your camera, unless you have one of those cameras where you take a disk out and insert it into your computer. Still, you would have a USB cord. So, locate the USB cord then connect your camera to your computer--make sure your camera is on. Sometimes it doesn't work with your camera off. Anyway, something should pop up. Select your options from there.

---> You don't need to be able to go on the internet with your cell phone to do this. It works the same way as sending a text.
About your phone, to send pictures from your phone to your computer..you would email the picture to yourself from your phone. So act like you're going to send a regular picture message, but make the person you are sending it to--your email address.

I hope that helped. _smile.gif

^but if i e-mailed it to myself....wouldn't i have to connect to the internet to do that?

if your phone didn't come with a usb cord...either it wasn't designed to allow the photos to be uploaded to the computer, and basically cheap as hell, or you have to buy one

First of all, Cingular doesn't make phones, they have phones that are made from other companies to be used in their service. Check for a LG or Samsung logo and look for it on the Internet.

Second, it should've been offered as a feature on your phone. If your phone didn't come with a USB cable that connects to your phone, then I'm afraid the only other way is through e-mail.

Here's the cable I'm talking about (cable and connection may vary through brands):

for ur digital camera, u should either have a usb cord that connects from the digital cam to ur computer or a card reader that'll read the card u use for ur cam.

Samsung is the manufacturer & Cingular is the carrier.

We need the cell phone model number. [Look for it on the box.]

Then you can find the needed USB cable.

If you have a digital camera, what's the use of a camera phone?
