oO. I like it alot. Except for the empty right side of the main banner. It doesn't look right blank like that. Great job!

the empty spaces from the top/bottom and on the right of the spartan are a little odd and just make the page take a longer time to load. maybe you could've even tried moving the name and details arch to the right of MC and extending it down to make room for showing the other stuff.
 some of the lines actually look pretty weird upclose. make sure to use something like the marquee tool when doing that and dragging the selection to extend it farther.  halo rules ^^ |

Atleast for me you have a white background why not make that background the darker brown color at the top. That way to me atleast it would look better..
Otherwise its good. |
