my question for this thread is that ive heard that once you buy a ps3 game, you can only play it on one system. for example, if you buy a game and play it on your system, it won't work on ur friends ps3. Is ther any truth to this? (i opened this in a separate thread cuz i wanted to keep this on a direct topic.

i dont think thats true...at all. it makes no sense, because when you buy the game at the store, its gonna work for ANY system.... like lets say i see MGS 4 for ps3, whether i buy it or you buy it or your grandma buys it, its onna work for your ps3, or her Ps3, or your ps3. in order for this rumor to come true they'd have to make each game specific for YOUR system, and and each system unique in every way and....ugh its just not true

yea they said u will have to enter a serial code on your system for the game and after that u cant play it on any other one.
