I wondering, which of the two should I use? I don't really care how much they cost, I just want to know which one I should use.

I prefer IPB, although I think phpBB is better, and it's free.

Ah, thanks. I was thinking of IPB anyways. It's admin panel is really easy. The only problem I have with IPB though is that I can't change the skins...

^You can, it's just not the easiest thing to do, sometimes. I like IPB, I've never used Vbulletin, so I'm no good for helping with comparisons :-\.

I prefer IPB. Its really secure. One thing I have found, is with phpBB, it is really unsecured and the database can be destroyed very easily. Vbulletin I have not tried at all, I might try it some day. Another good one, if you are on a windows server, is yahBB or yaBB. I cannot remember how to spell it.

ipb = better
phpbb = too many exploits out for it. it'll get owned in a minute ipb = less exploits, but there are some out for it. by the way, one admin needs to update his :] |
