PSD Question, How do you resize them? |

I've been downloading PSD's from different sites, and they're REALLY big when I paste them onto my layout. How can you make them smaller, so when you paste them on a layout the PSD won't be HUGE?!

Well....what program do you use?
I know in psp that you can just click "resize". |

Image -> Resize
The pixel dimensions, the print size doesn't matter much. |
