nipple problem.., they show too much!

I find myself not picking out shirts I love to school because my nipples show too much! It's embarressing to me, and sometimes i have no clue whether they are showing or not. Sometimes I can feel it, other times I can't. So it's unexpected for when they 'show up'.

I've heard that you should go for a slightly padded bra, but I simply don't want to get one. My reason? My breasts are unproportional to my body. I have a big chest and a small body. I don't want to add anything 'extra' to my chest, because it already looks weird. It'll look like I stuffed my bra over time. Come to think of it, it looks that way now.

I need a solution to stop the nipples from showing up and ruining my choices on picking out clothes - without making my chest look larger! =]

Just get a padded bra. they dont hurt and it doesnt add that much extra

aw i guess a guy shouldn't be in the girls locker but i couldn't help wonding what gose on in here hopefully u don't think i'm some weirdo cuz i'm not anyways i have a friend "Sara" and some time i guess her "nipples" just pop up like that but it dosen't seen to bother her altho when they do ever one check her out hehe i'm guessin it's the same problem with you but i would tell you to try and find out why it happens and then you can take it from there and i hope you do find out the problem cuz i bet it's embarrassing

you really just have to get a slightly padded bra. it's not even padding that will make you chest like 3x bigger. it just makes your boobs look rounder.

Wow. That sucks. Like I would know.
<--- is ashamed of having a flat chest.
Um, anyway. Wear tank tops or spaghetti straps over your bra's over your bras and under your shirts. That might help. Or try getting some of those thick-ish padded bras.

A slight padding wont enhance your chest at all really. I cant think of any other solution besides that, so a padded bra ?

what the hell? get a slightly padded bra. They dont make your chest like any bigger. You can't even really notice a difference in size but they get rid of that nipple-showing problem

wear a tight tank top inside so it'll keep it from showing...or do what other people saw wear a slight padded bra.... biggrin.gif

Uh, I think any normal bra will cover up any nipple problems. I'm not talking about flimsy cloth sports bras, I'm talking about, uh. Normal ones. They don't have to be super-padded, but any bra should have SOME padding. It won't add anything to your chest.

Do you usually wear a bra at all?

i actually heard that. you can use those bandaids that are little circles...i'm not sure if you really should do that because it will be a bitch to take the bandaid off...

just wear a slightly padded bra, no big deal. most girls probably stuff anyway.

you just have to be careful with the bandaids. pull themo ff gently or skin will rip off with them. and it hurts.

people actually do that, or they buy "breast petals" which are kinda like little sticky pad thingies you stick on your nipples.

just get a slightly padded bra, it wont make your boobs look that big. it'll just give it some support and keep your nipples in.

my advice would be a padded bra, they're super comfy; all i wear. who cares if people say you stuff your bra? at least you know you dont, and you will probably grow out of this stage soon, so your body will catch up, and look all evened out.

Since u said ur chest is kinda big and u have a small body, get a sports bra with very little padding then?!

Sport bras in general make ur boobs look smaller....

Why don't you try Victoria's Secret IPEX bra? I think they're not padded. They're like made to control 'nipple-age'. *shrugs* Hope it helps? =]

It really won't add that much..just get a bra with a little padded-ness to it, not too much, and that should stop your THO. Or whatever you have.

ah, i was thinking about that. if not, then layer your shirts, like wear tanktops under it, or wear a plain t-shirt underneath.

I suggest buying a padded bra (since they don't really add that much more on) or just wearing it tighter. You could also try wearing camosoles over top (I do all the time) to add extra support, which could help hide your spontaneous nipples, haha.

What's wrong with a padded bra? It's not like they're designed for enhancing your chest or anything, you won't see any difference. Anyway, what's wrong with big boobs? Most people would love to have a curvy bust like you! Learn to love yourself, little problems and all!

its either wear the padded thing, or walk around with your nipples showing. id go for the padding. and besides? its no fault that you have a big chest. _dry.gif at least you have a chest...
