i remember seeing those butterfly brushes.
but heres something kinda simalar. just go to brushes>agree to the TOS>and go to the buterfly sets..[www.echoica.net] but ill keep searching for them because i remember seeing them not to long ago.. |

Butterfly brushes also similar to here.
Circles could be a brush, but can also be made using default Photoshop/PSP brushes. |
