you animate them. you can use animation shop , imageready alot more.
just make a new frame for each picture set a time limit. |

your going to need a photoshop why not go into help and request it or just email the girl who has that site and see of she will get you on (of yourself) made

Yes. And you don't need photoshop. at all
Just make a new animation frame for the total amount of pics put one pic on each frame. then add a amount of time. |
