Trying to make a website with a clean and simple interface. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I always like to imporve my site, and I'll be the first to admit, it needs a lot of it. What do you guys thing of it? Oh, and I know there is no content yet, that would be in the open space in the design. Thanks again. |

I like it, very modern and professional-looking. I think you should smooth out the font in the header image though, it's a little choppy.

You should smooth out the header text (as others have said) Thats my only real design issue with it.
However, if your planning on using the same slices for the actual layout, you might want to reconsider. Mainly because slicing the image like that wouldn't allow for it to expand to fit content, which would be a lot nicer than a scrollbar. Very nice, I look forward to seeing the final product. |

Well, i like the new one better. Its simple, but looks more streamlined.
You'll have to pick one though, don't keep re-thinkning yourself or you'll never get a design done. |

Agreed, I like the new one better. You can do more with it as far as image rollovers go, so it's still simple but still modern once you start coding in content and everything. :)
