If your eyes follow the movement of the rotating pink dot, you will only see one color, pink. If you stare at the black + in the center, the moving dot turns to green. Now, concentrate on the black + in the center of the picture. After a short period of time, all the pink dots will slowly disappear, and you will only see a green dot rotating. It's amazing how our brain works. There really is no green dot, and the pink ones really don't disappear.



Amazing, eh?

haha, I've seen that before. except then, and now, the pink spots don't completely disappear. they're still there, but with a green dot going around in circles. hmm.

It kind of hurt my eyes, but it's pretty cool.
Took a while to have the purple dots go away though.

Why do we see green? Is it the inverse of pink or something?

I love illusions.

Except for the ones that require random undead zombies popping up with a sudden scream...those aren't so cool.

The pink dots never completely went away for me...one or two always faintly remained.

I thought you meant that the picture wasn't animated, like the dots weren't synchronized and there wasn't a dot moving around the circle, that it was all in my head. I was confused for a second. blush.gif
