okay, now I see.

one, you don't have the

<div class="main"> in your who i'd like to meet.

you just have 2 more '.main's in there.

and you have most of your codes in the who I'd like to meet section, as well.

1. delete all of the '.main's in your who i'd like to meet. they shouldn't be there
2. follow the instructions of the link I posted earlier.

it's fine to have your codes in any section, but it gets to be a bad habit if a specific code, like this, gets put in that section. it's better to put everything in your about me..to keep everything better organized. and don't switch them around..[and follow the directions when reading a tutorial; its assumed that your codes are in your about me area].

and that's what the code is supposed to do. it's supposed to be like a cover-up for your profile.

put everything in between the '<td valign="top"> codes</td>'.

To make a new DIV [one on top of this one], I'd suggest reading the tutorial pinned in this forum.

okay. i put all the codes into my about me section and i put the '<td valign="top"> stuff </td>' around my codes but it still doesn't work. my original profile is still there. do i need to make a div to cover it up?

I'm looking through your codes, and you still have 2 .main's and they are set a {display: none;} so even if you were to put the codes for the 'cover up', it wouldn't show through..because you need to delete the '.main's you have now.

and for the 'td align="top> codes </td>' if for the main DIV. don't put your codes there, just..put your content there. I'm sorry, I didn't phrase that correctly..

like right now, you have the DIV '.content'., right?

well then, in between where it says 'place your stuff here!' place the codes for your content DIV.
it should be something like <div class="content>...</div>
