okay so on thursday i had bball tryouts and yea..but even before i started there was this pain that came all of a sudden! it's where ur thigh joins the upper body?

i dont know how to say it...er..the inner thigh and then u go up and that joint thingy there blink.gif i dont even know what im saying..but yea

i was wondering if any of you know why it's like that...i cant really move much it hurts but its like minor but still i cant run and wen i cross my leg its hard ><

really? but then i didnt even start jogging i was just walking to the starting point and yea...oh and plz feel free to move it to health if its not suppose to be here =]

and water? how does water help?

Ice it. It's probably because you didn't warm up your muscles before tryouts. I think you just pulled your hamstring muscle.

Cramps.

Even though you might not be menstruating now, you're still able to get them.


Stretch & drink fluids [mainly water]... it's pretty much the same thing everyone says.
