asking guys out...i need help!, whats the best way? |

Alrighty, I've never gone out with a guy or even asked a guy I liked out. So, I've liked this guy for a few months now, and he hasnt asked me out. So now I want to ask him out, but I dont want to look like a complete idiot and mess it up. What do I do? How do I ask him out?

My advice;
Let him do the asking Be nice, yet hard to get He should be worked up, not you -------- If that fails, just ask Say something sweet attatched to it Yet something from the heart Never ask out a guy throguh im, phone Do it in person So much more sweet, romantic |

Let him do the asking Be nice, yet hard to get He should be worked up, not you _______________________________ thats exactly how i feel. the guys should do the asking. He's been playing hard to get from the beginning and I started to about three months ago and when he asks for help in math, he looks really deep in my eyes and I know thats its working! So I really appreciate your reply! |

If you wait for the guy to ask you, you're only going to get more frustrated. I say just talk to him first, make him feel comfortable with you, and after a little bit, ask him out. Just keep it simple and sweet, nothing overdone. Just asking him is all you really need to do.

I'm kinda with you.. about this "new-dated-before-like-this-guy-for-a-while-thinking-of-asking-him-out" senario. I want him to ask me, because I want to know that he likes me, not that he just said yea cause hes just nice like that. its weird.. my friends say he likes me, and is just too shy.. but after our witner dance at our school, if nothing happens.. i'm thinking of asking him

maybe he just doesn't think of you that way? most guys don't play hard to get. this might just be the guys i know, but it's usually that it's either obvious or it isn't. maybe you should try hanging out and being friends first...

Ummmm. A good way to test if He's really interested is to check or get your friends to check out if He checks u out in class etc. That's usually a good indicator.
But yeah, I'm guessing that he doesn't go through all the trouble of asking for help just for nothing if U KNO WAT I MEAN! |

Go to a movie or the mall together and tell him you like him more than a friend. But don't get your hopes up too high because he might not like you back.

DON"T do a note whatever you do...you might not see his reaction for one thing and if you find it crumpled up in a garbage can later that day...

its no biggie. been there, done that.
be CASUAL..be SPECIFIC. with the clear date and activity. for example. "hey, im going to watch (insert movie) this friday. You wanna come with me?" its probably a really big deal to you, but you can't let him detect that. its probably better if you get a chance to be alone with him for just a minute or so. So you won't get embarassed if he says no. |

I wouldn't recommend asking the guy out. Unless you're prepared for a 50 percent chance of happiness or a 50 percent chance of rejection. But if you have the guts to do it; then go ahead. Wait for the right moment where its just you two.
