Image position, I need help!! Options

OK, I'm working on a new christmas layout and I need to know if there's a way to have an image on the bottom left corner that goes on top of everything and stays in the corner even when scrolling.
Let me know!

I used this code (minus the z-index) to put an image at the bottom of my profile (hoping to cover up the bottom links and gaping hole caused by previous attempts.

For the first time ever I can actually see the image, but its not at the bottom! Its rifht on top of my name and picture!

Any Ideas on how to get it to fill the hole below the bottom links on my page?

then change right:0px; to left:0px;

Well, yeah, sorry I already changed the right to a left. I should have mentioned. Thanks though!

If I change the bottom to a top it works fine but if if I leave it bottom it just goes to the bottom of my screen. When I scroll down to view the rest of the profile the image, stays where the bottom of the screen used to be (do you get what I mean? I'm not being clear).

I assume there is something in the code that makes it do that (because the person you originally gave this code to wanted to keep an image always in the bottom corner of the screen) but I'm not clever enough to figure out what it is!

I've tried changing the 0px to a larger numerical value as a sort of ad-hoc compensation but as soon as I go over 100px the image disappears!

Any ideas?

P.S. Perhaps 'gaping hole' was a little overdramatic. There is a large space (approx 200px high) beneath the bottom links (FAQ/SAFETY FEATURES/ etc) where I had tried to cover the 'copyright myspace 3003' link with the same image.
