Pretend that you're in a relationship. Do you think crying for your lover has anything to do with whether the relationship was a good one or not? For example. If the couple never cried for each other. Would it be just as strong as a couple who have cried for each other?

it depends. For example, if something wrong or horrible happened to the significant other, and the other significant other did nothing but choose to be ignorant instead of mourning or showing some sympathy, then that means the couple isn't in a strong relationship. However, it could be that they're so happy together and nothing wrong has happened yet that there's nothing worth crying for.

It really depends on why they're crying. Sometimes, my boyfriend says or does things that are so sweet and romantic that just makes me cry, but happy tears. However, other times, when we get into fights, I get so frustrated and emotional and whatnot that I cry. It's not necessarily a bad thing though.

like what other people have said...it really depends because some people who have the misfortune of being like me, are very emotional and cry a lot, some other people can manage their emotions better and i guess the rest just hold it in.

i think it really depends on the situation as well as the fact about holding emotions in or those who are really emotional.

Usually, no one ever sees me cry, so everyone thinks im an unsensitive hardass. But in reality, i cry really easily. But when it comes to boys, i have a hard time letting myself cry. I hold the tears in most times because i think the boy isnt worth my tears even if i think im hopelessly in love.

As everyone has said, it really depends on the situation. Most of the time I cry or when he cries, it is because something shitty has just happened in the relationship. I don't know if it makes us a strong couple or not, but we get over it and hug and what not. Hah
