Do you go on sites at school that you arent allowed to go to, but it lets you anyway?


actually, i played THEHOUSE while i was at school during english. ohmy.gif
everyone was asking where the music was coming from

ive done it before, but all of our computers are networked together, so theyre going to know what computer its on. i sometimes go to xanga and stuff, things that wont cause chaos like playing games and listening to music.

a way to hide your xanga/log into it is to go to

www.xanga.com/private

then log in :D

that would be blocked at my school. I have to go in through using all sorts of ridiculous crap, like changing the www.xanga.coms to beta.xanga.coms to inorder to override the break. It's such a pain, because you have to copy and paste and fix every URL. But, of course, that doesn't stop me from going on anyway, because I am an avid procrastinator. Besides, I have to have something to do in the band room once everyone's left when my mom's running late.

They have everything blocked, really, but it's not that hard to get around things like xanga. One time in language arts last year we got kicked out of our room into the computer lab with nothing to do, so I got on cb to play tetris and everyone freaked out because they couldn't get games to they all wound up making accounts just for the sake of playing. I got pretty scared that they might look at the rest of the site, actually, especially since my teacher got it from the rest of them pinch.gif

oh, alright. Well, I wouldn't worry about it, because they can't punish you for being on xanga- it's not porn or anything, and doesn't break any actual rules. Plus, they'd get the band kids first, because they're on there daily, always, all of them. The only reason it's even blocked is because of that kid who made greesonator

My school hasn't really blocked any sites that I know of. I always log on to Xanga and CB :)

yahhhhhhhh, junior year in my advanced computer applications class me and my friends everyday would go on nittoracing.com and drag race our cars so we could tune them up better. it was a fun class.

Last year when I was in computer class, the girl next to me and I was done with all the work, so we watched one of those animals being abused from this video, and then we started screaming. So the teacher made us help other people instead ):<

they blocked xanga, mysapce, blogger, everything off our schools network even freewebs.members or whatever. i can still view it but no edit it!!! URGHH... i dont really use the computers much for that reason!

Our school blocks EVERYTHINGG. Well except cB that is happy.gif Everyone was looking for somewhere to play arcade games since everywhere's blocked and I went to createblog. They were like "WHAT'S THAT?? can I join???!?" And I was like "Umm.. no." hehe :D

Same here.
I was trying to research articles on feminist movements, and it blocked every single site because it had the word "sexism" in it.
Rawr.

But it doesn't block forums, so I tend to lurk around here during my computer/graphic design class.

Im at school right now. I go to myspace and createblog alot when im really bored and when im by the computer. also the lunch SUCKS so i come to the library and go on the computer onto createblog like the loser that I am

even though certain sites are blocked at my school, people still manage to find ways to get onto them.

i go onto myspace sometimes.

We're not allowed to do anything schoolwork-unrelated on the library computers, but I come to cB and go to Xanga all the time.

The library computers are so slow though >:(, so I prefer the ones in the computer room.
