I looked for another topic like this but I didn't find one....I don't know what my favorite is. I like hymns a lot. They have really good words, but also I like the Christmas carols that are just about the season. I like Grandma got Run Over by a Reindeer! haha funny song.

This is Christmas songs. "Linus and Lucy" is the general theme song. What she's probably referring to is "Christmastime is Here."

O Tannenbaum, O Tannenbaum,
[Oh Christmas tree, Oh Christmas tree]
du kannst mir sehr gefallen!
[Of all the trees most lovely]

The news had come out in the First World War
The bloody Red Baron was flying once more
The Allied command ignored all of its men
And called on Snoopy to do it again.

Twas the night before Christmas, 40 below
When Snoopy went up in search of his foe
He spied the Red Baron, fiercely they fought
With ice on his wings Snoopy knew he was caught.

Christmas bells those Christmas bells
Ring out from the land
Asking peace of all the world
And good will to man

The Baron had Snoopy dead in his sights
He reached for the trigger to pull it up tight
Why he didn't shoot, well, we'll never know
Or was it the bells from the village below.

Christmas bells those Christmas bells
Ringing through the land
Bringing peace to all the world
And good will to man

The Baron made Snoopy fly to the Rhine
And forced him to land behind the enemy lines
Snoopy was certain that this was the end
When the Baron cried out, "Merry Christmas, my friend"

The Baron then offered a holiday toast
And Snoopy, our hero, saluted his host
And then with a roar they were both on their way
Each knowing they'd meet on some other day.

Christmas bells those Christmas bells
Ringing through the land
Bringing peace to all the world
And good will to man

Christmas bells those Christmas bells
Ringing through the land
Bringing peace to all the world
And good will to man

I fell in love with the "IL DIVO" Christmas CD. It sounds so beautiful. They sing, "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" and man, it could make someone cry. I know "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" isn't a Christmas song, but it was still lovely :)
Ah, you can't forget Adam Sandler's "Hannukah Song" i love that song. lol. If you watch "8 Crazy Nights" with it, then it's a good night :)
Man i've got so many different tastes. I just went from the Italian singing IL DIVO to Adam Sandler. 0.0

"Where are You Christmas" - Faith Hill. beautiful song.
"Silent Night"
"White Christmas"

I don't have a favorite one in particular.
I enjoy listening to the "cute-sy" types of Christmas songs, hymns, romantic Christmas songs, classical Christmas songs, traditional Christmas songs, etc. I especially enjoy the songs that.. definitely get me into the Christmas spirt, ahhh.
Basically, anything.. just as long as it doesn't get on my nerves. Heh, rolleyes.gif .

'Christmas in Hollis', laugh.gif . Hilarious.
