Those are the characters of Jeff Thomas, aka Azu.
Their names are Pon and Zi, but Jeff has stopped drawing them because people have been taking his images and putting them on other sites, like this. -sighs- In otherwords, they're copyrighted characters by Jeff Thomas that shouldn't have been redistributed without his written permission.
