It took me a little to decide at the same school or doesnt matter.

As long as i like them it wouldnt matter to me what school they went to. Although i would prefer them at my school i chose it doesnt matter.

Hmm, well currently, my boyfriend goes to another school because he's a freshman at college and I'm a senior in high school. However, we see each other about once and twice a week.
Last year, we went to the same school; he was a senior and I was a junior. I don't mind really, because I trust him. But I guess being in the same school is good so we can see each other often.

I wish I was at the same school as my girlfriend vice versa. I would love to see her at lunch, periodically through the day, and after school rather than once or twice a week.

i'd hate to date someone who goes to the same school as me. it makes everything so awkward, what are you going to talk about if you see and experience the same things?

you: oh hey did you hear about what happened to so and so?
your boy/girlfriend: yeah...
you: oh...

plus school is full of immature people who will be all "get a room" when you just kiss and teachers and everyone else will gossip about you.

i'd get sick of seeing him all the time...what fun would it be to see him all the damn time? i want our time together to be special...not just passing by in the halls or something...

With my boyfriend, I only see him in one class, and in passing periods.
And that really is enough for me.
I just don't want to see him everywhere I go, it'll piss me off.
So that gave me some room.

I'd rather have them at a different school, even if it might make the relationship harder.
We'll only see each other when we both want to.

It hard having a boyfriend in school because when you want your room you cant because HE"S ALWAYS THERE!. And then if you two break up it CAN be awkward if you two are in the smae classes and arent getting along....

I think that if you don't want to be at the same school because you'd have nothing to talk about is important to you, it's probably not that serious a relationship anyways. I could (and have) spend months on end with my boyfriend living together (No, neither of us are in school. That finished years ago) and we still find plenty to talk about.

But for casual highschool relationships, it really depends on your own preferences. For me, I never bothered much with having boyfriends in high school, since none of the guys I knew appealed to me. In the case of the relationships I did have, they weren't serious to me so it didn't matter much one way or the other.

well my current boyfriend is at my school and it is nice being able to see him every day and such...besides, you have more to talk about that way.
my ex went to a different school and i missed him a lot and it was harder for us to see each other, etc.

both ways have it's advantages. i had a bf from school and it was good because i got to see him everytime.
this didn't really happen to me but sometimes it gets annoying because then once girls hear that you're with him, they all start to notice him more than before and then they try to threaten you. stupid girls _dry.gif
yeah, i decided that if i ever wanted a relationship again, i'd want one with someone outside of school so that people wouldn't butt in as much but i may make an exception

Well my current boyfriend goes to my school and it is great! He is the first serious one to be at the same school as me. It is beneficial to have it, because I see him a lot more. With my ex-boyfriend, we went to different schools and it was really hard to get together, neither of us had cars.

yea my last relationship we broke up cause we couldnt handle not seeing each other a lot. if we were lucky we saw each other an hour a week. but usually it was like once every 3 weeks. and it just stinked. and yea the love kinda faded...its sad.
im so impressed by the people who can handle long distance relationships =) its good to have that security

I prefer not seeing them all the time...

...someone could be solitary like myself...and seeing someone ALL the time would just be annoying...it just takes getting used to I suppose.

It's all apart of how you grew up...I grew up a loner in general...so I'm not too big on seeing someone everyday.

...eep! O_O

I need [lots of] time to myself... so no, I wouldn't want him to go to the same school as me. All of my boyfriends have attended a different school. Honestly, I would probably get sick of him, because I am definitely not the type of girl who would spend every waking moment with her boyfriend if she could. It's not that I don't love him enough to want to see him every day... the way I see it is that I love him enough that I don't need to see him all the time and my life is perfectly functionable without his presence at all times.

Then again, maybe I'm only saying this because my boyfriend has a car so I guess in a sense it's easier because it's not too hard for us to get together anyway.

I've rethought, and I think that just seeing my girlfriend once or twice a week and otherwise just talking on the phone with her makes it seem more special when I see her.

I guess all is well that she doesn't attend the same school as me.

Me and my boyfriend have 9 classes together so we see each other a lot. But we don't spend all 9 classes together. I think that's quite unhealthy. Sometimes we just ignore each other lol. But I prefer this rather than him being in a different school. I'd rather see him everyday than once a week.

My ex boyfriend went to another school and we barely got to see each other so we ended up breaking up.

My current boyfriend goes to the same school as me. We don't have any classes together but we sit together at lunch.

So I would have to say same school, I couldn't stand him going to a different school then me.

my boyfriends at a different school, but thats cool.
he catches the bus to my school everyday just so he can see me and say hi.. and maybe give me a kiss if the teachers arent hawk-eyeing us (PDA rule)
.. yea..
my ex boyfriend goes to my school, and it was weird when we broke up because, he wouldnt talk to me. and all we had was mutual friends, we were like a group and yea.. he made it arkward.

I'd like it if my boyfriend was in the same school as me so I could see him more and we could hang out afterschool or before school or something. But if it was in the same town but different schools (i wouldn't date someone who wasn't in highschool, though), it'd be okay because it's the same town. If it was a different town and different school, it'd be pretty hard but I'd break it off if I didn't like him that much.

Well it doesnt matter as long as im in love. My first love went to a different school and we were goin out for 6 months.

My current bf goes to my school and we've been goin out for 7 months and still counting so Im guessing without the long distance, it brings the relationship closer

My boyfriend goes to the same school as me and I barely ever see him. I'll see him for like 3 minutes in the morning if my bitchass teachers let me, 4 minutes inbetween 4th and 5th block (again, if the teachers let me). I only definitely see him afterschool.

i wouldn't want to see them ALL the time, it takes away the air of mystery, and it would be less special when I did see him because it would be so frequent. If we did go to the same school I wouldn't want to be in any of his classes, or be in the same year or something.

Trust.
Knowing that we'd be able to keep the relationship lasting whether or not we go to the same school.
Time to see eachother enough to keep the relationship going.

I haven't had a boyfriend at the same school since my freshmen year in highschool, lol. I don't really like it. I mean, you have to see them every single day, and your relationships gets torn apart by your friends and such. I'd rather to have a guy seperate from school.

And then when you break up, guess what? You still have to see each other every day, and then you get to bump into him in the hallways with his arm around another girl. So it's not the prettiest thing.

Besides, sometimes people don't understand I need some time to myself. 0.0 I enjoy sitting on the couch with hot chocolate and a movie, or writing...something. I need alone time.

I barely know my guy anymore..
Not a good sign, but I still trust him..

I'm thinking it would probaby work out
if we went to different schools.
It's not like we even talk much anywho,
even though we hang out at the same group!

As for going to the same school..
It works fine too, often times we do our own thing.
And once in a while catch up with each other
and spend some "quality time". whistling.gif
