top table help, invisible userpic leaving uneeded space! Options

I'm wondering if theres a way to somehow made the whole top table invisible, or take away the space around the top image so it flows smoothly into the tables below. if there isn't, I heard that you can place the top image using divs... how do I do this where should I put the code? (after the <style> in LASTN_WEBSITE?)

Here's the code for the div positioning, obviously you can tweak it around since your image is centered..
