How to make rounded weird shaped boxes |

I can never figure out how to do these, how do you make the boxes like rounded and weird looking heres an example, are they brushes or what do you do to get them like that?

Yeah I think the person doing that is using the airbrushes.

They probably use the path tool in photoshop to create the weird shapes.

yeah, I wonder how they make those different shaped boxes, there arent any tutorials, roxanne, I dunno how to use the path too, ehh I feel so stupid

Where do you find the path tool cause I found on that says Path but its just an arrow and doesnt do anything
