I went shopping with my mom over the weekend and we had to go to 3 different malls, 12 different stores until we found a place with jeans that would actually fit. I just hate it because Im skinny and sorta big hips but Im short and I find it so funny how they're making jeans for taller girls these days ....

Ever have this problem?

I recommend either Hollister or American Eagle jeans, and both companies sell jeans by different sizes and lengths for shorter girls. Or you could always get them altered. Hope you find some that work [:

I really like the jeans at Wet Seal. They always have jeans on sale and there are a lot of different brands to fit different body types.

And I do notice that jeans are made more for taller girls, half of my jeans I have to roll up because they're too long.. _dry.gif

Yeah I have that problem too.. except last time I went shopping I was being stupid (maybe because I haven't gone in a while) and spent 85 bucks on the first pair of jeans I tried on. Now that I look at them they don't fit so well... blaurgh.

Ooh I know what you mean! I'm like 5'0 and I have a long torso, so my legs are short haha! I guess I have thin legs? Not really, but I can't even fit size 00 because the waist, thigh, and length are all too big.

I used to shop at PacSun to get jeans, but then suddenly they made the jeans all longer! They were already long for me, but now they're worse lol. Actually how tall are you?

I get my jeans from Abercrombie (kids), which amazingly fits! They're all stretchy, so they'll fit. :] Yea I have big hips too haha. The thing is, you can't get the slim size because if you do, that means you have NO butt whatsoever! The slim sizes seem like the waist and butt are the same size. mellow.gif Yea lol.

Hollister.. None of the pants fit me, even with size 0. mellow.gif They're all so big! :O I only see tall people at my school wearing those jeans lol. As for American Eagle -- I haven't found a single pair that fit. Size 0 and 00 petite don't fit either. mellow.gif It's really hard to find jeans that fit lol!

OR you can buy jeans that fit at the waist and thigh, but if they're too long, go get them altered! I got a few pairs of 7 jeans and they fit really well! Plus, it goes by waist size and usually the jeans are pretty sturdy and are stretchy, so they fit really nice. They're all really long, so you'll have to get them altered, but it's totally worth it! It's expensive though--the jeans, I mean.
