where can i get a cloud brush.. not those realistic looking kinds. i want the ones that look cartoon-ish..anyone know? im using psp9 by the way..

try making your own..but ive seen some on deviantart.com under photoshop because i was looking for the same thing and i found some, but you have psp,and also your can try converting it to a psp brush.

tatii....:waht program do you have? as well as check the tutorials section im sure theres some blinkie ones there. For ps & psp ( but you will need animation programs). |
