what program are you using?
did you set it on anti-alias? if you're using the pen tool, try to make it curvier. more smooth. if you're using the marquee tool, leave very little space between each ... point. now do the face. and its not bad by the way. did i forget to mention that? haha. oops. no, good job. |

^yea, or else it'll get pixely.
check out the pen tutorials in the tutorials section. im pretty sure you're not using the pen tool right. (i meant you're not making it curvy.) |

no... i used it right... i printed out the tut. and had it with me....
it sux b/c i saved it as a gif... and it probably consists of 3 colors.... im sry it sux... ill do a better one next time... GOSH! jk, lol! thnks for ur comments |

 its pretty good, but the choppyness and blah blah blah haha you know. saving it as a jpg works for me =/ |

No no no, save all vexels as PNG. With GIF you get weird color loss, with JPG you get jpeg artifacts.
Honestly, my first reaction was OMG CAMOUFLAGE HAIR! But then I realized that my monitor (laptop) has a history of showing colors... wierdly. So it probably doesn't look nearly that bad. And besides, hair is NOT my strong point. The last time I vexelled, I made her hair black so I wouldn't have to detail it
