look like they adjusted the lighting and hues a tad and lowered the staturation alot, then selected the parts that they wanted to be vivid with either polygon(which is what i prefer to use when colorizing) or lasso tool and adjusted the channels/hues/contrast/etc
the writing on her shirt looks like it might be a font but im not sure if it was really in the orig pic or not |
