There's this one girl that Iv'e liked for 2 years now and I don't think she's ever really known. Everyday I pass her in the halls I want to tell her how beautiful she is but instead I find myself doing the same casual "hey" to her.

If you're so uncertain and cautious about talking to her, you're probably not really in love. All close relationships start with friendly relationships. Get to know her better, but don't tell her immediately how you feel. Become friends with her so you feel comfortable around her and then tell her how you feel when you think she might feel the same way about you or if you know she'll accept it.
