Hello all. Anyone read any good books lately? I am itching to get out of the classics that I've seemed to be stuck in. I read the Scarlet Letter, and while although, Hawthorne has moments of literary genius, I cannot help but think he did an insufficient job of capturing the attention of his readers. But what can I say? Anyone read this? Or any other good books?

Jonathon Strange and Mr Norrell was a wonderful, detailed book that any Harry Potter fan would thouroghly enjoy. _smile.gif

Hmm, I read it last year. I thought it was interesting.
Right now, I'm reading "The Canterbury Tales" by Chaucer.
