Module box Options

Ok i have been on here asking before how to create just one extra module box on your module without making a whole custom module and i keep getting all these codes but none of them are working. And im not quite sure where to put it. Here is my layout code can anyone put in where it is suppose to go or write a code for it.

Probably easier to use this.

But that one.... It's harder to use HTML in it. It should be put first in webstats.

if so, it needs to be put VERY FIRST THING in your webstats box, otherwise nothing will show up at all.
