A Few Questions About Tables Options

Ok. So I would also (like a few others) like to know how to edit the width of the tables. I used the http://mygen.co.uk/ code generator for the main layout of my page. In the code, it doesn't give the width coding...

My "about me" table and the ones below it are a bit too big for my screen. I would like to know how to shrink it just a bit to make it fit better in IE.

Also I would like to know if anyone here knows how to separate tables. I would like to separate my "Who I'd Like To Meet" section From my Comments Section and my Friends Section

PROBLEM = Font is too big and pictures are too large, so it makes everything else large [about me table].
