It got turned down... someone give me advice.

I would of never guessed that it was Will Smith. I'd use a different image and the heart with the red and pink does not match the layout.

How does the heart not match the layout? The layout headers are all red and white?

It only blinks red, which doesn't mean much.

GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW WHEN SUBMITTING A SKIN

• Skin Categorization- skins are placed into different categories depending on the theme. Please choose the category that best suits the skin. The categories are as follows:

  • Anime/Comic - Anime, cartoons, comic, freehand
  • Emotions - Humor, inspirational, love
  • Games - Consoles, PC, GAMING CHARACTERS!!
  • Minimal - Minimalistic, plaintext, simple
  • Miscellaneous - All other skins
  • Music - Bands, pop culture, pop stars
  • Nature - Landscape, scenic, weather
  • Objects - Animals, cars, foods, fruits
  • Seasonal - Birthdays, holidays, seasons
  • TV/Movies - TV programs, movie celebs
• All skins are reviewed before becoming available to public. Your skin may or may not be accepted.
• No Animated Images.
• If your skin is accepted, we will save and upload your images to our server in case you delete them later or your own bandwidth is exceeded.
• Please do not re-submit a skin after it has been rejected.
• Please do not submit skins without a code. Do not waste our time.

If you read where it says NO ANIMATIONS, that pretty much explains why it was rejected.
