Hmm...I was wondering if there is brush like [these]. I want the circles and the flower design thats next to her picture and how do you make the texture thats over it?

Thanks a Bunch both of you except for the tutorial is it only for Photoshop or is it for PSP9 too?

the one kristina posted is for photoshop. If you ahve define pattern in psp9 then you can do it w/ psp9 but i doubt it.
