i was talking to my friend patrick, who was telling me that he doesnt panic. i was like, "oh really thats cool" and i guess he decided that i didnt believe him because then he asked me what i would do in this situation: "say your standing in front of your brothers truck*pause* and it suddenly starts rolling backwards into a busy road *pause*WHILE *pause*your brothers gf is in the car and your brothers arm got rolled over because he was under it*BIG PAUSE*, what would you do?" i shrugged and said i would probably yell at the girl to put the parking break on and help my brother. then he said that this actually happened to him and he ran passed his brother, cause the damage was already done, and jumped in the truck and stopped it before it hit the road. so he paused after telling me all of this . . . and waited for my reaction with the air of "i am so cool aren't you impressed by my non-paniced reaction".

i hate when people do things like that
maybe its just me, but dont you get annoyed when people tell you a story like that expecting you to be all "NO WAY? REALLY? -GASP- all the way through it? alot of the time i find myself filling their pauses for my reactions with really long"ummmm"s and "ohh..."s

Everyone's so fake. I feel unconfortable when people pause and like, wait for me to oooo and aweee, I usually just loose intrest and start talking to someone else- hopefully they take the hint.

i know what you mean. i hate it when people are so into their story beacuse they think it makes them so high and mighty.

like when they're like "blah blah blah, right, blah blah blah, right..." the way this one girl says "right" is so annoying and i haven't talked to her but i still remember it.

i usually have this "umm okay... mellow.gif " reaction, where i look around the room because i'm uncomfortable and i don't know what to say.

I do that sometimes.

But I do hate it.

Like when something tells something funny, or well... I guess they find it funny and they're expecting a response like "that's so funny omg" or something. And I'm kind of just looking at them and it makes them feel stupid.

On the bus last Friday, this girl changed from her guard uniform into a t-shirt and shorts without exposing herself, and then went on for the next 10 minutes about how she was the smartest person she knew. It was obnoxious. She's an idiot.

i usually dont say anything. if they think they should be glorified and become national for being so heroic, then they should be on the news...but i hate when people tell stories like that in hopes that youll think its cool or to make themselves look better than you.

Haha. Sometimes I don't realize that they already told the part that I was supposed to "oooh" and "ahhh" over and I'm just like: "..And then what."

They feel so full of themselves.
It's just so annoying.
And retarded when you know it's a complete lie.

you call that annoying, you should come to my school, its annoying-er. ugh, some stupid kid went up to me, grabbed my skin near my adam's apple, and said, "who's a turkey", and says stupidly --"Umm, umm, and oh, oh" dumbass.
