Ok, I'm Muslim and we believe that there are signs that the day of judgement is coming. It's pretty scary considering that more than half of these signs are happening today. Yeah...by the way, I was kind of afraid of showing it, but yeah. So what do you guys think?

Yes, I do believe in them. I am Muslim as well.

Some that have occured are:

12. The slave-woman will give birth to her master or mistress.

13. A trial (fitnah) which will enter every Arab household.

14. Knowledge will be taken away (by the death of people of knowledge), and ignorance will prevail.

15. Wine (intoxicants, alcohol) will be drunk in great quantities.

16. Illegal sexual intercourse will become widespread.

17. Earthquakes will increase.

18. Time will pass more quickly.

19. Tribulations (fitan) will prevail.

20. Bloodshed will increase.

21. A man will pass by the grave of another and wish he was in the latter’s place.

22. Trustworthiness will be lost, i.e. when authority is given to those who do not deserve it.


There was also one that I think this web site worded it differently. It was "Metal will talk" which many people think means the radio, TV's, ETC. because they "speak" (sound comes out of them).

Does Chrisitanity also have their signs for the Day of Judgment? Yeah, that would be awesome to see the similarities. =]

wierd.... I'm pretty sure that christianity has signs for the end of the world, but I dunno what they are. Actually I'm not sure, I just know there are some super religious people who walk around on the streets telling me that the end is coming.

I know one of them is like "Women's clothes will be so tight that they'll become their skin". As in, women will wear less clothing like they're practically naked.

yes, well I am Christian and I also believe that there have been many signs of judgement day. The book of revelations says a lot about this. As a matter of fact it is a book dedicated to the last days. I wish I could go and dig up all the major areas and translate there meanings but....you guys can simply google it and a website should have the Christian end days prophecy.

Some major things are this. The Anti-Christ. First things firsts, the Jews must build their temple for the third time. This is a very complicated thing, for where "Solomons temple" was is now a major Mosque. In that temple, the anti-christ must sit and tell the Jews he is there king or something close to it, and to this man shall all the power of the earth be given. This is going to be a very charming man who will find a solution to all the violence in the world. In this time period, there shall be no war for 7 years! Because this man "manipulated" all the countries into his power he will simply control them with one law. Now look about, the biggest factor of this one world goverment is the EU, that has united a bunch of countries into one land mass. The United Nations is already basically trying to act as the one worldwide authority, once it is given power to inforce its laws all the nations will have to follow them. A law that is going to force every human to have a chip installed in either there forehead or palm. This chip is reffered to as 666. You might have heard that somewhere. The number 666 is the most universally compatible number, from what I hear, the chips u are wondering would be for what purpose. Well it says in revelations that you will not be able to buy or sell without it. This means that at first, the chip is going to act as a credit card and GPS. Study up, you hear already that new born babies and old people are already getting chips installed in there bodies. Secondly, remember that the world is now battling "terrorism"....now if everyone had a chip installed, the government would be able to control everyone by being able to track them and find out almost everything about them. Soon, the only way to buy something is to have a chip that automatically registers all ur purphases and hold all ur information. The downside is that those who accept the "beast" will go to hell. In these days, those who deny the chip will be killed. And this is when a massive massace of Christians will happen. The great thing is that the ones who were true to there faith will be taken in the "rapture" and will avoid the pain and suffering the world will go throught. After all of this, about 7 years i think that the anti christ who is also the devil it gets really deep, will fight with God. This battle will be known as armageddon. In this war, many many many people will die, that blood will run the streets.

Oh boy...iam sorry, i just tried to sum up maybe about a page of revelations. This is only the beginning or should I say middle of the signs and such. Theres way to much to list lol!

every century has had its nations rising against nations, earthquakes diseases floods, pick your century, pick your region, the book of revelation apllies to just about any of them....as well as most other religious predictions and doomsday predictions.

I guess the religious right can keep trying, but i'm not thinking doomsday is anywhere near a looming threat that is decending uppon us...

the world will come to its end eventually. theres no point fearing it. our sun will become a red giant (after a few million years) and will double in size, making us directly in its line of fire. and..we suffer from horrifying radiation, and then get burned up.

well my boyfriend is muslim and I showed him this. He told his mom and his mom said never believe the stuff in the internet about those things because they have somethin like that in the karan(sp?) and to only believe the stuff IN the karan and NOT on the internet.

so Id rather look in the karan cause its more accurate.

Have you ever read the book of revelations? Because if you would have, you would only then understand how clueless that sounded.

Actually it is in the Qur'an, and it's in the Hadiths or words/actions of the Prophets.

This means that kids will tell their parents what to do. Remember in the Simpsons, I know bad example but it happened. In the episode there was this kid in the Kwik-E Mart and his mom said "omg, I cant believe he talked to his mom like that" and the kid was like "Shut up mom!". Yeah, it's kind of like that, and I see it everywhere, look at "My Super Sweet 16", that stupid show by MTV.

well, that can be explained. the oceans warm up for 30 years, and because of this there are a lot of hurricanes and tropical storms, especially in the gulf of mexico, where the waters are already warm. then the water cools down again.
look back 60 years. there were hurricanes then. we're stuck with this until 2035.

The things happening around the world, have never been at the size they displayed or at the death total either. Even when people lived pretty bad in the 1300 people didn't die so fast from these things. Nowadays diesease kills so many people like AIDS...and we are supposed to be "scientifically advanced"...nothing will stop the will of God, and that includes all this science.
