i want to make a loayout of icons that still move is there a program that i need to do this on?
i know paint doesnt work i can make the background image on there but the icons dont move anymore come on giys someone has to know |

of course paint does work. it just doesnt work for ANIMATED stuff. if you wanna make animated stuff, get animation shop or imageready. go to download.com and get them or whatever.

You can make icons on adobe photoshop, jasc paint shop pro and I think on some macromedia programs.

my recommendation:
download photoshop, download the (.ico) icon pluggin, or if you want animation to go with it download the (.ani) animation pluggin -- which in by the way I can't seem to find * if anyone knows i want to know .. and to think, im telling this person to download the very thing im looking for

^ you can't do that unless your making computer icons .. -.-
.ico is for computer icons , regular icons are .gif/.jpg/.png. .ani is not for animated icons it is usually for animated cursors. and there is not an .ani plugin for photoshop. .cur comes with .ico. atleast i don't know of a .ani one i checked a while back and theres only a .cur. |
