Help Please., Quick. Options

How do I make the table with comments, and my about me information, smaller? It stretches out the screen and In the case of firefox, it doesn't even let me see the whole thing. Please help. Here's my about me stuff:

ahh forgot to clarify.. change the pixle size or the percent or the width
