At first glance it looks more like Mandy Moore.
Anyhow, I like the colour palette for the skin, very realistic. Again, the nose looks a bit shapeless, and you pointed out that the hand looks a bit weird. If you don't mind, may I see the original? |

The photo has a lot of contrast between the lights and darks, so maybe you should make your vexel have a little more contrast. The skin tone is good though, like Gigi said. Her right hand is a bit weird. Overall, not bad =]

haha It DOES kinda look like Mandy. Anywayz, it looks good so far. The layers are nicely blended. But yeah, the hand does look a lil wierd and the color of the lips is really pretty
