thanks!Okay, hm. I'm pretty sure I know what to do. This is simple algebra. So. Your problem is....8x-15=4x+12. First, add like terms. Combine 8x + 4x. That gives you 12x. So now, the problem will be like...: 12x-15=12. Now all you have to do is add 15 to -15 and 12. Now it'll be like this. 12x=27. All you have to do is divide 12 on both sides now. I'll let you figure it out from here. Hopefully that'll help. |

okay thanks i understand that one now. There's another 2 other kind if you could help
2(a-8)+7=5(a+2)-3a-19 then the other one is 1 3 - d + - = -2d 2 8 |

The other one I cant type it on here the way it looks cuz that what i tire to do n it didnt look right but its
1 over 2 *d + 3 over 8 - 2d then another is 3 over 4 *t - 5 over 4 = 1 over 3 *t |

Hmm, for the second question, you subtract (1/2)d from 2d.
You then get 3/8 = 3/2 d. Then, you divide both sides by 3/2 (or multiply by the reciprocal: 2/3). The 3s cancel out, and you then get 2/8 = d. Simplify and you get d = 1/4. |
