ok ive seen many of these personal blog sites such as www.bathwater.org its a friend of mines website, and i want a site like that...how do u get one of those?

Get a program like photoshop, psp , or mspaint and put a layout together using divs, frames , html . You should have knowledge on html before making a site.

^ Before getting ahost i suggest you be able to make the layout. For layout making you can just make an image. A simple banner and use frames . Frame tutorials are in the tutorial section.
