I just put a new layout up and I coded it in IE and when I look at it in IE and in Mozilla it basically looks the same, the alignment isn't too messed up or anything. (Only problems - In IE the blog alignment is off and the blog is pushed down; In Mozilla the background pictures aren't showing up) Some people are having problems viewing it and saying it doesn't work in Mozilla or it doesn't work in IE.

This is what I view on MY computer:
Mozilla Firefox (click to view full size)

Internet Explorer (click to view full size)

SO, my question is, is what you view on your computer the same as what I'm seeing?? If not, is there a way I can fix this? Is there possibly some adjustments I can make to the alignment or the code or anything? Also, is it possible to fix those aforementioned problems (In IE the blog alignment is off and the blog is pushed down; In Mozilla the background pictures aren't showing up)?

Thanks for your help in advance.

By the by, for Mozilla&IE, you have to use this, not whatever you're using.
CODE
background: #000000 url("URL") center center repeat fixed;
