scrollbar code Options

i need the code for a scrollbar, but all i can find is the one that puts them in all your entries, i have a really lengthy post, so i just want one scrollbar, one that will match the site scrollbar...help?

^^that's the code for the my reg. scrollbar on the site btw, the one i need is an entry scrollbar, just one =]
