On Paint i want to make the text outlined does anyone know how or is there a way?

for paint you just have to draw in the outline around the text yourself. theres no button that'll do it for you.

Of course it would be better if you have photoshop.
Try the outline that insomniac suggests, zoom in the image and use the pencil tool to outline it. |
