I like the first or last one , because if you have a techincal site its supposed to look tech and all which you did btu the first and lastt one give it more funness to it and they stand out more to me =]

Maybe I'm just biased because green's my favorite color, but I like the third one. The boxes, as everyone else said, most effectively represent the name of your site and whatnot. :P
