I accidently bought ricotta cheese thinking it was cottage (Don't ask. I make retarded choices everyday). I kind of don't want to waste it all, so what's something easy you can make with ricotta in it?

I don't have the skills for even lasagna... haha. Once, I tried, and my friends had to wait outside while the fumes left my house... The ziti sounds easy enough.... I'll try that over the weekend. Thanks
