Eh the colors of the banner and everything else of your layout does not really go well the banner is white with blue text.
 And the font choice for the banner was kinda iffy. I don't know maybe make the banner stand out more?

the colour of your banner isn't quite match,,,and the text,,,,i think you should use white or grey instead of red,,,just my opinion,,,
