um.. i dont think thats what xlilaznchickx means, he/she wants a FREE website like www.yourchoice.com, whatever. And those link toyo loco gave him were like turoials and stuff.

i think its better to be hosted with somebody else. that way they can help you and such. and you dont pay for it.

You can also (what i forgot to mention) get a free domain , by completing offers for certain sites.
