Wow. You can't expect us to answer you after every minute plu they're not even online.
I'll just give you the style sheet on how to make those and descirbe to you whch each one does. Okay first you need to determine if it's going to be position right center or left. Now making the image shouldn't be that hard okay here's an example of the MAIN image. http://images.xangsters.com/xanga/19/4750.jpg And now for the repeating background image. http://images.xangsters.com/xanga/19/4750a.jpg Okay now you see where I'm going? Okay now other things that your probably won't understand. This part. CODE .navheader {background-image: url(''); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: right; font-family: arial; text-transform: lowercase; font-size: 16px; line-height: 30px; font-weight: bold; color: #58038E; letter-spacing: -1px; background-color: transparent; text-align: left; border-bottom: 0px solid #000000;} .module { text-align: left; width: 210px; color: #006ED5; background-color: none; font: normal 8pt arial; BORDER: #000000 0px solid; border-top-width: 0px; text-transform: none;} Is what edits your modules naveheader edits the title part and module edits the body part, and wow yeah. |

You do know that our lives don't revolve around answering your questions. Right?
Do you want that actual image on the layout? Or do you want something else. That layout was made by someone else. You're not exactly supposed to be nitpicky about the parts you don't like. And how is your xanga messed up from entering an image code? Did you input it incorrectly? If you're trying to put a banner on your site. CODE <img src="The link of the image here"> exactly like it's put up there. But if you want a custom made banner, then you might want to ask someone else... nicely |

Oh okay.
Well this is pretty much what you need. CODE <div align="center"><div style="margin-top: -100px; margin-right:-10px;"> <img src="BANNER IMG URL HERE"></div> Then the repeat background thing. CODE <style type="text/css">body {background-color: #ffffff; background-image: url('Background repeat image here'); background-position: right; background-repeat: repeat-y; cursor: crosshair;</style> Put the first code at the top of your xanga and the sedond code anywhere. This is what you're asking for right? |

I really have no clue where it's suppose to repeat since the background image does not fit with your main image.

QUOTE(FroZenCloud104 @ Sep 17 2005, 12:30 PM) I really have no clue where it's suppose to repeat since the background image does not fit with your main image. huh? it does fit....... but then again.. i was workin on a picture to make a little part of the banner below the text, so i cropped the banner and put that part on another page. so i put it on the repeat background, but it didnt work so then i realized that the top part of the second page was under the main banner. how do i put none of it under the main banner and the repeatin thing start right directly under the banner? |

Omg what you're trying to say has just confused me what do you mean you don't want anything under the banner? And the background will of course already be under the image, and what do you mean two pages do you mean xangas?

You have to remember to position both the banner AND the background on the same side.
If the banner is centered, center the background so it's lined up. It also really depends on the image, if your background just never really matched up with it, then it's going to look odd. ;l Can I see your xanga? |
