To act like a tomboy, you have to dress like a tomboy. You can't look girly and be a tomboy. Also, tomboys aren't neccessarily childish.

I'd like a tomboy if she fit my requirements. But I'm not currently in love with a tomboy, so no.

Also, what's with the picture? blink.gif

If the girl has her hair down but dressed like a guy and I agree they dont have to be childish at all, could be a feminine tomboy look maybe but I prefer my woman feminine.

Sounds like me! I wear girls clothes, but not incredibly flattering ones or skirts... I hate skirts... Mostly jeans and a not-quite-form-fitting T-shirt. And sunglasses on my head, can't forget those... lol

But, other than that, I am a tomboy at heart. I hate shopping, I like hanging out with the guys, running around at night playing manhunt, playing/watching people play videogames, I enjoy letting my male best friend teach me about cars, I hate doing things with my hair, I enjoy and say really perverted jokes like the guys I know do, and I reject anything preppy.

Inside, I'm an incredibly conservative, traditional, hopelessly romantic, girl.

My best friend is alot like me too, but she wears guy's pants and shoes and acts alot more like a tomboy than I do. Facially and personality wise, she's definately female.

I'd like to think males would be attracted to girls like my best friend and I... But, only one so far for me and only two for my best friend. *sighs*

Oh, well...

i don't understand guys and childness. i think it's better to say innocence, but most girls i know who are the "innocent" types are often quite airy, haha.

short, uneven hair, and a fast tongue that's sharp enough to cut itself open are all i need.

and ...

I've noticed, for the guys that I know, that they love tomboys.
Girly girls are just so annoying to them.
Well...
They kind of are... >>;;
Technacially when you act like a "tomboy", you act similar to a boy.
But still with a feminine touch.
They aren't really childish.
They just act sort of like guys.
Maybe like me?

Um .. I know this is getting old, but it's the personality that counts and some people find that kind of personality appealing and some do not.
