sumbit button with the Div, i cant submit anything!help!! Options

hi i have searched for topics about Div and i finally hvae the codes but the problem is i just cant submit anything i tried to put my file in SAFE MODE it still diddnt work and the banner disapears sometimes! i dont want to get delted!<3 can someone please help me. i have been trieing for a like a week

your not sopposed to put it in about me, it's sopposed to go into who i'd like to meet. Your using the code to cover up your entire profile right?
