Adrien Brody..he's not hot..but he's handsome. rolleyes.gif Ah..i'm a dork.

It's his "serious" side..

he is an actor..so he should be able to do other parts than crazy people..

lol i watched the clip just now. Looks so Peter-Jacksonish, yah know? Just his style. But I think it's going to be great. Good cast...lol yah but it is kinda weird to see Jack Black in a non-comedic role. I half expected him to pull down his pants or somethan. The clip looked good, kinda scary in a way. lol and then they got mr. t-rex in there too? lol. looks good :) will probably be seeing it

lord of the rings was a classic and he didnt kill that, plus i saw a special on himin Vh1 or something and i got to see how friggin dedicated he is to his movies and making sure he doesnt fail a classic. so that why i have confidence in him.

Well King Kong was made about 40 years before the original LOTR. Might be sterotypical, but it would seem that the farther back the movie is, the harder it is to revive just as good or better.

The movie looks horrible ..... what does this storyline have anything to do with the original King Kong? If anything, it sure as hell isn't going to be faithful to the original.

And btw, you guys gush over Peter Jackson. Have you even watched any of his other movies other than LotR?

I saw it. It was way too long. Seriously.. like for instance, in that scene when King Kong first gets Ann and is walking through the jungle swinging her around.. did they really need to drag it out like that for so long.. showing her swinging in slow motion for five minutes?

And the scary tribal people are still haunting me.. bahahah.

It was waaay too long but still good. I have never seen the original so I can't compare, I did like it though. Yes some of it was too...scary for PG-13 but hey, most of the movies that are PG-13 are like that nowdays.

The movie cinematography and action was awesome.

The entire plot and the long 3 hours were my only cons.

I thought the idea of giant gorilla + lady wasn't settling in my stomach, and I don't know why the story has been so famous. It's kinda icky.

More so for me was the 3 hours. By the last 30 minutes, I got very moody and critical at how drawn out scenes were. I was just itching to leave. =X

that movie was sooooooo action packed!!!
it had EVERYTHING
like seriouslyyyy
tribal people, dinosaurs, monstrous bugs, a gigantic monkey, a damsel in distress, guns, the army, airplanes!!!

hahaha woooooo i loveeeeeeeeed it and i dont care its 3 hours long i got my moneys worth =P

haha some parts were a bit gruesome but those parts were comptuer animated parts so it wasnt THATTT bad and you know it'd probably wouldnt happen in real life...

some scenes were longer than necessary though like the part on the ice rink...like seriously

I cried so hard at the end.
He just....fell off the building so lifeless.
Then Jack Black came in with that lame line...
The natvies of the Island freaked me out.
When she was juggling for him I laughed. =p
It was such a great movie, I LOVED it.

THIS MOVIE WAS THE SHIZZZNIIITTTTTT!!!

Kong was like wasup t rex, this is my biatch, best step the fudge back my ninja! this is my territorio.

aw man, and beside all the macho smashing and bashing and cool ass crap he did, it was really emotional for you girls who think Kong won't be a good movie.

Kong and Anna get attached to eachother... like theyre in love or something, and Kong protects her from the other gigantic monsters. Ofcourse, his protection for her is misenterpreted by man, and so the story is man against beast. And the lady is like nooo dont hurt him, noooo. So you girls should love it.

Yo, but Kong did some crazy a$$ shiznit against the 3 t rexes! he was like and whatt, and what, he strait up ninja'd them. seriously. He was like, karate chop here, left hook there, side kick EVERYWHERE!

hahah yeaaaaah i just watched it last night. he got bit hella times he was still like "BITCH! NOT IN MY KITCHEN!!". it was hella funny when the girl started doin tricks for him and he started laughin HOO HOO HOO lol. and when they put the girl up for king kkong's sacrifice and the crazy old island lady was laughin like she was crazy...

i saw the original version few days ago, it was cheesy but what do u expect it was way back like in the 50's or somethin and in black and white. some stuff was changed, but not much and a lot of stuff was added but it defintely made the movie better.

I balled my eyes out at this movie. And I'll never watch it again. It was an absolutely great movie, but I would never be able to watch it again, I mean, it was just so sad...It really, wowe. It was...heartwrenching.
