Ok I really like this guy i have a class with him and his best friend knows my best friend Sam. Well Sams sisters boyfriend asked Josh (the guy i like) to homecoming for me. he didnt answer till after school and he said no because he had a date already. btw he didnt know her name. kind of weird. but anyways last night sam was on the phone with chris on my cell phone and josh was at chris' house and sam told chris that i thought josh was hott and he said he already new. and he knows i like him but he wont do anything with me. him and chris make excuses up to not hang out with sam and me. is this a sign or are they just busy most of the time?

he migt be avoiding you cuz he knows u like him and he might find it kinda weird to know the person he hangs w/ likes him.. | or he's just avoiding you cuz he likes you too and is only hiding cuz he doesn't know what to do.. | or somehting else that i can't think of | or maybe he is really busy like u said

sorry hunn, im saying its a sign.
if he knows, and he doesnt want to hang out with your or talk to you, and if you asked him to homecoming and he rejected you by saying he has a date with a girl he doesnt even know the name of, then i think its time to move on. but theres always a chance he really is just nervous. now that he knows you like him, dont keep on letting everyone know. if he knows, maybe he'll eventually do something about it. just hang out with him, but dont try to push yourself on him. be his friend and maybe he'll start to develop feelings. |

Well it most likely is a sign they're trying to avoid you. But I think that's really immature of the guy. If something like this happens, I just try to stop liking him. |

^ if thats the case i still stand on my other statement [about it being a isng]
but then maybe he really does just like you. just try to talk to him yourself. dont pressure him about the getting together or anything. just kick it. he may or may not want to start a relationship soon after. |

In my opinion he doesn't like you... even if he is shy, he could come out with you with a group of friends. If a guy likes you.. he doesn't make excuses to not hang out with you. He should be making every excuse possible to hang out with you.

he doesn't know how to flat out say "i don't like you back" to you. so, he's avoiding you so you get the message. if he really does like you, his loss, too bad, forget him.
